Welcome, and thanks for stopping by! Ideal Park
Church is a group of people trying to be the Church, the followers of
Jesus, as He called us to be in this corner of the world. What that
means to us, is that we're supposed to love God and make him the top
priority, and we're supposed to show our dedication to him by sharing
the care and compassion that he has to given us, with others.
That's a challenge in this world. So, to encourage each other and to be
encouraged by God, we come together on Sundays at 10am and/or 5pm to
meet God as his people (you're welcome to join us!). During the week we
support each other through social outings, small group studies, and with
youth groups for church and neighborhood kids in grades 2-12 (more
details elswhere on this site).
We also take God seriously when He tells us to make a positive impact on
our neighborhood, and you can check that out on this site as well.
We're not perfect at all this, so if YOU ARE, you might not want to join
us. But if you're interested in checking out what the
Church-in-progress looks like, we'd welcome you like a brother or
sister.
